'Come through'의 줄임말을 의미하는데요.
Come Through는 "와 줄래?"라는 뜻이랍니다.
 
제레미 주커는 여름에 혼자 부모님 집에서 지내게 되었었는데, 

집의 지하실에서 곡을 만들고 있었다고 해요.

그때 제레미 주커는 곡 작업의 스트레스를 푸는 명목으로 

파티에 자주 참석하여 낮과 밤의 패턴이 바뀌었다고 하는데요.

패턴이 바뀐 삶을 살고 있는 자신을 다르게 살 수 있게 

만들어 줄 수 있는 사람을 만나고 싶어 곡을 썼다고 합니다.

그게 남자든 여자든 말이죠.
 

가사의 Hook 부분에서 Can You Come Thrugh라고 반복하면서 

"내게 와줄래?" 라고 말하는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다.
